The Freevee Sponsored Welcome Screen is an ad product that provides a full screen 7-second branded experience when customers launch the Freevee app on Fire TV.
It replaces the standard loading screen, the goal of this ad product is to build a creative and delightful experience as the user waits for the app to load while providing our advertisers an opportunity to feature their brand in this high visibility placement.
This partnership with LEGO provided the brand an opportunity to advertise with Freevee in a unique, bespoke way, with elements of both brands at play, coming together in this symbiotic, cohesive execution.
A program that reimagines the house ad experience and provides a new touchpoint for our brand to interact with customers in a delightful way.
A unique and unexpected collection of creative A/V assets for ad breaks, reimagining the self-serving brand ad creative experience. This is a series of surprising, inviting, and delightful points of engagement for our customers, studios, and advertisers that positively impact our brand awareness, sentiment, and content attribution hours for the titles selected.
Creative Lead delivering A/V assets promoting a mixture of Freevee Originals and 3P content on a monthly cadence, including series and movies, for Amazon Freevee streaming service.
Creative Direction including copywriting, animation direction, content curation, title snd scene selection, toolkit creation, branding and marketing.
As the creative lead, my goal for this project was to build awareness for Amazon Freevee’s FAST program by creative directing A/V assets to promote awareness and linear education.
We will use this opportunity to educate Freevee customers around the multiple value propositions of our FAST offering that were reinforced via research results: the lean-back experience by showcasing the UI in the creative assets, touting free access, showing the ease of use, and most importantly promoting the vast array of new, relevant, and nostalgic content that’s also complementary to Freevee’s VOD experience. These ads are intended to be used as our new container for Linear Education work as we span future genres, partners, and categories.
In order to create a connective tissue across all our FAST/Linear marketing and ads, we will be utilizing a new LIVE icon, which I designed and the team did extensive testing on. It also leverages Freevee’s iconic brand colors, but gives a subtle nod to the nostalgic TV bars and cable TV, which we’ve seen customers resonate with. From in-product use, we look to see if the icon can be leveraged within the Freevee and Prime Video product vertical or navigation tools.

We’ve talked a lot about the past and what’s gone wrong, but what if we looked to the future and what’s going to go right… if we work for it. In this spot, we see a Women’s History Month promo that looks back on the amazing achievements being made today - and the equally impressive ones that will be made tomorrow.
Using sleek, futuristic GFX and a glowing timeline that shows real events alongside the events that we expect and hope to see in the future, this spot instills hope in what can seem like a hopeless time.

PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE DRAG
Oh America. The red, the white, the RU. We’re taking patriotism to the next level by Ru-ifying the Pledge Of Allegiance. Performed with reverence, the queens one by one recite this pledge, hand over heart, in an earnest way. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE - a full choir accompanies them as they recite this pledge! AMERICA THE RU-TIFUL!

The most iconic partnership on TV is back! And what better way to welcome a new season of Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Party Challenge than by one-upping their previous promos.
In this approach, we took the now-classic “Ghost” parody promo and heightened it, not just by showing Martha and Snoop as one of the greatest on-screen duos, but by putting them in one of the all time biggest movies ever: Titanic.
In a fun twist, Martha & Snoop would take the roles of Jack and Rose, respectively: Martha as Jack and Snoop; Rose. The scene is set, and one of the most epic friendships is ready to cross the screen.
With dinner guests like Matthew McConaughey, Tiffany Haddish, Octavia Spencer and Jimmy Kimmel, there's never a dull moment at one of Martha and Snoop's potluck parties.

The RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars are shining brighter than ever, with a new season set to air during the winter. To celebrate, we winterized our All Stars by making them Winterglam queens. This seasonal nod to winter showcased that they are each unique snowflakes with their own talents and personality and fanbase. We did a shoot with the queens on a winter wonderland-inspired set, with glittering snow falling on screen as each queen poses on our snowy crystallized stage. Holographic, iridescent styling helped bring the winter palette to life in a totally new look for Drag Race.

Love & Hip Hop Miami turns up the heat on Season 2 as the show follows some of the biggest names in the South Florida music scene.
When you live and breathe that one-of-a-kind Miami heat, a little perspiration is bound to occur. In order to represent the Love & Hip Hop Miami cast, who are so hot that they ooze authentic gritty sexiness, this campaign featured ultra artistic representations of Miami-related objects that just can’t withstand the heat this cast is bringing.

Basketball Wives follows the daily lives, drama-filled parties and outrageous fights that unfold between the wives, ex-wives and girlfriends of professional basketball players.
This season, as the ball spins, so does the drama, the stories and the feuds between the Basketball Wives. They’re back - and in Season 7 we watch the chaos spin and unravel as tensions flareup and the ladies take sides. This campaign utilizes motion and patterns to tell the stories of the wives and hint at narratives to come in the new season.

Black Ink Crew follows the daily happenings and associated drama at a Harlem tattoo empire, where a tight yet dysfunctional staff of artists serve a growing celebrity clientele. The shop is a magnet for hip-hop stars as well as pro athletes, video vixens and a who's who of urban elite.
Utilizing studio photography in a stylized way, combined with iconic imagery of New York and specifically Harlem where the shop is located, this season we are showcasing the unique personalities of the show, as well as the setting of the show: the neighborhood this crew is ruling.

RuPaul is the emcee and judge for the most epic ball ever. She encourages each Season 10 girl to be themselves, strut their stuff, do their thing, and throw obscene amounts of shade as they make their debut entrance on the stage for the world to see for the first time.
At the end of the promo, Ru awards all the queens “10s, 10s, 10s Across the Board” as the lights go out.
Atomic number 10 represents the chemical element Neon, so our team was inspired to give the ball a neon theme and color palette, complete with a 3D rendered neon sign created by studio Rizon Parein.

This campaign utilized the color gold throughout as a way to introduce our newly minted All Star queens as beautiful representations of medals and trophies, signifying their Drag Race Hall of Fame status.
We introduced the stars of the most epic battle in the world of drag using a visual vocabulary that conveys “The Gold Standard” of drag, and is reflective of Drag Race’s highly lauded and Emmy Award winning place in pop culture. A monumental event for fans of the show.

It’s good to be on top. Tattoo shop owner Ceaser has transformed himself from small business owner, to the KING OF INK. With NYC as his playground and the crew at his side, Ceaser is at the top of his game and pushing his empire to new heights. Season 7 is the year of the mogul, and we’re setting the audience up with front row seats to the spectacle.

Our favorite VH1 family is back for a new season and this time, they’re bringing along their closest friends. This reality show has a sitcom nostalgic feel, which we wanted to capitalize on through the design aesthetic and frame, hinting at framed family photos and captured memories.

We are all born naked and the rest is drag. Self expression unites us all. Makeup is an art form and a major way we try to communicate our true selves to others.
Drag just happens to be the most extreme example of this and it’s unique and impressive magic should be celebrated to the fullest!
This campaign does just that.
We photographed elements including pigments, powders, glitter, paint, jewels, confetti, feathers and more… to help bring this campaign to life and illustrate the magical materials at help make drag so powerful and magical.

Inspired by the song "U Wear It Well" from RuPaul's album Butch Queen, as well as a “throwback” Ru track called “Back To My Roots”, promotion for the new season involved a retro beauty salon set design and custom props.
A marketing challenge was presented to the Creative Team in the form of needing to include a “hook”, which was that this season would feature both the 100th episode of the show, as well as the 100th drag queen to walk into the work room during the first episode.

The second season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars has new rules, except no drag queen knows it. The twist is revealed in show clip format, anchored by “royal queen” references.
Title cards are “stop motion” style using still photography of the queens fighting over the crown, snatching the crown from each other, and finally someone being crowned the new winner. Look is glitchy, electric and energized. Fast paced cuts and glitchy realignment of graphics create a high energy exciting spot.

Wilber is a friendly, modern typeface with bifurcated serifs. It is distinctly modern yet echoes some decorative typefaces of the Victorian era. Developed as an original 21st century design, it has been infused with historical and cultural references. It is quirky but not fussy, legible and understated.
